Article 1. Definitions & Applicability
1.1 Namli Web Design: The service provider offering web design, development, and website maintenance, based in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
1.2 Client: The business entity or freelancer entering into an agreement with Namli Web Design.
1.3 These terms apply to all proposals, agreements, and deliverables provided by Namli Web Design unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Article 2. Proposals & Agreements
2.1 All price estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
2.2 Project kickoff starts upon written approval of the proposal and receipt of the agreed deposit.
Article 3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
3.1 Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom-developed website files and assets.
3.2 Namli Web Design retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio.
